hello from bangkok
to post this blog i had to walk ten minutes in monsoon style rain so please take the time to appreciate it!!..........................................just giving you time. Anyway apart from the rain bangkok is beautiful and the place we are staying is literally across the road from the beach. So i get to go swimming and stuff.
It feels abit like bootcamp here but it is a lot of fun. I am continuing to build friendships which is a lot easier here as we all know we are going to the same place.
i just have to take a minute to mention the food here. i am eating thai food every day its like heaven! i will be visiting the ship next week for two days to do various forms of training which will be fab.
thank you emily for being so appreciative of my blog and my somewhat chaotic life. any way i have to venture back in the rain now bye

hey monkey, glad your having fun. Hehe we get to go to Bancock next year too! Rach managed to add a link section to our blogspot so send her an email with your password etc and ask her to set one up for you if you still want one.

Meh, ok, now I'm jealous! Thai food every day sounds pretty good - and it's your obligation to eat as much as you can while you're there to show you respect their culture and are trying to fit in with it.
Apparently last night it was torrential rain and thunder storms here too. Got a funny text from Rach Newnam saying (in much worse language!) that she and some others had got soaked! I slept right through as usual but I was tired anyway coz was in Cardiff yesterday looking at the Uni. Did you ever get to see it when you wanted to do that random brain course? It's quite nice but I don't think I can be bothered to go all that way to study in another town/city!
Anyway I've rambled on for long enough now. Need to go and do some proper work!

Sorry about the distinct lack of comments from me. Me being me I didnt realise that I could leave a message. How stupid am I?! Until Jo pointed it out to me yesterday. Am so glad that u r having fun and am sooo jealous. While you're doing all this fun stuff I'm sitting at home trying to sort my life out ready to go to uni. Its getting really real now, wathing everyone leave, hopefuly I will get there n have as much fun as ur havin.
